Return/ Refund

 Please refer to the following terms and conditions where applicable.

 Return Policy

Returns should be sent back within 30 days from the date of purchase in original condition unworn with all tags still attached. No Refunds or Exchanges will be issued after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when received by you and in original packaging where applicable.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include but not limited to perishable goods such as Food, Perfume, Health and personal care items, Gift cards and magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

To initiate a return please email info@shopshudder.com or call 1 (612)-358-2330. To initiate a return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you of receipt of item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to original method of payment, within 7 business days; it may take up to 10 days for credit to post back to your account.

 Late or missing refunds

If you do not see a refund posted to your account after 10-14 business days, check with your bank or credit card issuer. Then please contact us at info@shopshudder.com with your order number for resolution.

 

Sale items

Items marked Final sale may not be returned, Refunds will not be issued for such items.

 Exchanges

Exchanges will be made only for defective or damaged and will only be made for the same item. If you need to exchange defective or damaged merchandise, send us an email at info@shopshudder.com please include order number. Once return/ exchange is approved  mail your item to: Shudder P.O Box 16230 Minneapolis MN 55416- 2618

 Gifts

An item designated as a gift when purchased and has a gift receipt issued, for the return of such item a merchandise credit will be issued and sent by mail unless the return is initiated by original purchaser then credit will be issued back to original form of payment used.

If the item was not designated as a gift when purchased, a refund  will be issued to the original purchaser in same form of payment used.

Purchaser is responsible for payment of return shipping costs for any and all items to be returned with the exception of defective and or damaged merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are due a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from said refund.

Consider using a trackable option or purchasing shipping insurance for all items valued more than $75 as we do not guarantee receipt of returned item.
